With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle market, the electric compressor as a key component, its production efficiency and quality requirements are also increasing, GOUP with leading technical strength and innovation ability, successfully completed the “electric compressor assembly and testing line” project, to provide customers with a full range of solutions from assembly to testing.
1.**Full-process integrated production line**:
It realizes the whole process of automated production of electric compressor from stator rotor into the shell, dynamic and static disc into the shell, controller shell boxed, test line to assembly return repair, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
2.**Comprehensive applicability**:
Complete production of electric compressors suitable for U.S. commercial vehicles, meeting the high standard product quality requirements.
3.**Technological innovations and breakthroughs**:
-Perfect coordination and integration of standard fully-automatic, on-line semi-automatic, and off-line semi-automatic stations, realizing high efficiency and flexibility of man-machine interaction production.
-The production of 12 sub-products of two major types of products, shaft-mounted and backpacked, has been realized through the changeover of the type of tooling.
4.**Leading automation process**:
-Stator hot-sleeving process
-Dynamic airtightness testing of disk rotor shafts
-Controller gluing visual inspection
-Automatic assembly and inspection of automatic cutting material for card springs
5.**Meets customer Manufacturing UL standards**:
The equipment is fully compliant with the customer's manufacturing standards in the US and local regions, ensuring high quality and safety.
As the first large-scale U.S. project since the establishment of GOUP, it was successfully delivered and boxed for shipment to the United States. GOUP's breakthrough thinking and practice in key stations provide valuable reference and help for other non-standard companies. This project, as a Sino-US cooperation project, deepens the communication and cooperation between enterprises of the two countries and promotes the internationalization development.
